Submission Guidelines for Authors

Prospective authors are invited to submit original technical papers for presentation at the conference and publication in conference proceedings. Papers submitted to ICCIA 2025 must not have been published, submitted, or accepted for publication elsewhere.

Papers are to be submitted electronically via Email (CIAconf@163.com);

All full paper submissions to the ICCIA 2025 must be written in English;

The submissions should not exceed 30 pages and should follow the format for conference (template download);

The papers presented in conference will be published by BCP;

If the paper is accepted, at least one of the authors will be required to register.

Notice

All submissions to the ICCIA 2025 should be written in English via email CIAconf@163.com, according to the template, and will be sent to at least two reviewers and evaluated based on originality, technical and research content, relevance to conference, contributions, and readability. The full paper submissions will be chosen based on technical merit, interest, applicability, and how well they fit a coherent and balanced technical program.

All accepted papers from ICCIA 2025 will be published in a single volume by Boya Century Publishing and submitted to CPCI (ISTP), CNKI, Google, ResearchGate, Semantic Scholar, DOI, CrossRef etc. for indexing.

Please note that the proceedings, published by any publisher, within a specific indexing system is determined by the company or organization, which owns and controls that database. The commercial and/or editorial selection criteria of individual indexing services are outside the control of conference committees and the time between publication and being available within an indexing service is not determined by conference committees. Please contact the relevant indexing service directly if you have any questions about that.

Welcome to 8th International Conference on Computer Engineering, Information Science & Application Technology (ICCIA 2025). ICCIA 2025 will be held on May 24-25, 2025 in Hong Kong, China.

The aim of ICCIA 2025 is to provide a platform for researchers, engineers, academicians, as well as industrial professionals, to present their research results and development activities in Computer Engineering, Information Science, Application Technology. It provides opportunities for the delegates to exchange new ideas and application experiences, to establish business or research relations and to find global partners for future collaboration.

Academic Integrity

Authors have a responsibility to present work that is truly their own. Cheating and plagiarizing the work of others are serious offenses that undermine the spirit of truth in all areas of research. ICCIA is utterly intolerant of plagiarism. Submitted papers are expected to contain original work executed by the authors with adequate, proper and scholarly citations to the work of others. It is the job of the authors to clearly identify both their own contribution(s) and also published results / techniques on which they depend or build.
